I sent this to some of you. It's a gorgeous ad from Abercrombie and Fitch of all people. (And yes, I'm not all that keen on them as a corporation so I'm conflicted).
However, this is lovely. It evokes many of the pictures which are already in my bedroom, and also the credits for the Lord Peter Wimsey series from the 80s. It taps into all my idealized (and wrong) romantic notions regarding snowstorms. Makes me want to drink tea and eat scones. It's a bit anglophile like, a bit like the fashion calendar pictures I keep buying.
As we've had rain, after 135 days without it, I can at least do the tea and maybe some shortbread or ginger lemon cremes.
