--So, as those who may have been actually reading the blog know, I had the flu when I got back from the hols. Very bad flu that I would really prefer not to have again. So, I get up and start puttering about the apt. and doing sorting or whatever, and I realize by like 4 that I feel hot, possibly feverish and generally out of sorts. Check my temp; it's a bit high, but in the realm of normal. I figure that if I'm sick, I've gotten it very suddenly, as I had a headache last night at bed and still had one somewhat today. But, the flu specifically and colds are going around. Am feverenly hoping it's the latter because having the flu twice in a two-month span just seems cruel.
--Threw off my vague plans for today. Was going to run errands and rent the Beatles Strawberry movie (Across the Universe) and With Honors. So, I settled with sitting on the couch watching baddish, mindless tv (One Tree Hill and Cashmere Mafia). I have to say that CM is either getting more watchable or I am in serious entertainment drought here. Both possible. OTH is insane in so many ways it's not worth discussing. And I think that they are recycling plots from 90210, not that I'm surprised.
--So I'll get back to my honey lemon chamomile tea and get some sleep which will hopefully help. And the cat can either decide to be back on the desk chair or somewhere else in the domicile.
--And I think it's time to find socks. My feet are cold.
--Speaking of the Beatles, I finally watched A Hard Day's Night, which is pretty much what it is.
