In praise of coffee cake...

At my local, independently owned, coffee shop where I attempt to get work done, I have tasted their coffee cake which is a new item for them. It's wunderbar. It has the right amount of crumbly topping and a good mixing of raspberry and other type of filling. Yummmy. It's moist, it's delicious and I'm trying to not buy another piece to "take home." It's heavenly. I want the recipe and now really want to make coffee cake. Which I suppose could happen at some point.

Now back to work hopefully.
